Check your ferritin levels at home using this finger prick blood test.
This is a marker to test for iron deficiency. It measures the amount of iron stored in the body which is a good indicator of iron deficiency anaemia, which causes fatigue or low energy.
Low iron is common in women of menstruating age who are also low in energy.
Other symptom of low iron include:
Extreme fatigue
Weakness
Pale skin
Chest pain, fast heartbeat or shortness of breath
Headache, dizziness or lightheadedness
Cold hands and feet
Inflammation or soreness of your tongue
Brittle nails
Hair loss
Unusual cravings for non-nutritive substances, such as ice, dirt or starch
Poor appetite, especially in infants and children with iron deficiency anaemia

This is a finger prick blood test which is delivered directly to your home address. The test kit has everything you need, including a comprehensive set of instructions. Just collect your sample, and return it using the Tracked-24 envelope supplied.
Your blood test results will be reviewed by our healthcare team and uploaded to your dashboard within 24-48hrs. One of our Nutrition practitioners will be in touch to arrange a call. During this call they will explain your test results and discuss next steps.
