Winter Warming Cinnamon Tea

Winters in Ireland are cold and dark and we need regular pick-me ups to make us feel warm instead. This tea is the perfect pick-me up, as well tasting great it is ideal for the immune system. It combines the immune supporting, anti-inflammatory properties of cinnamon and ginger along with Vitamin C rich oranges. Cinnamon is also great for stabilising blood sugars so ideal if you’ve been over-indulging in Christmas treats. When choosing honey go for a raw, unfiltered honey. The more unprocessed honey is the higher the antioxidants content. We know antioxidants are anti-ageing as they prevent cellular damage from free radicals and also support the immune system.
